Accessible through the Internet. When you choose Rental Clarity your inventory information and rental availability becomes accessible by either you or your customers through any Internet Connection. Customers can easily browse inventory, add items to thier shopping cart and confirm reservation without putting a foot in your store. You could also manage your store from home or on the road. All administration functions, including running reports and managing your inventory, is available from home or on the road.
No Special Software to Install Many software applications are purchased and must be installed on a local server. Client software must also be installed on each computer that will be accessing the application. Often times this installation is left up to the store owner to configure and maintain or requiring special IT personel to configure and maintin. With Rental Clarity all you need is an Internet Connection and a computer with a browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox for example). We handle all software maintenance.
No Servers to Maintain Often competitor solutions involve setting up a server to host the inventory system on. With Rental Clarity we host the application at our facility so there is no need for a server on your end. No special servers or skills are needed to run the software which creates less of a need for IT professional help. All that is required is a computer with a browser. Also there is no limitation to the type of operating system (Windows XP, MAC OS, Linux, etc.) most any computer will do. Full time IT support is not needed
Software Feature Upgrades at NO Extra Cost. The application is hosted at a first rate hosting facility. At a regular interval software enhancements, requested by our customers, are installed at the hosted installation. All upgrades are performed by our technical staff at no extra charge.
Fully Customizable Look and Feel Rental Clarity provides the ability for each customer to fully customize the look and feel of thier application. We take full advantage of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), a technology which allows either you or a design expert to create a skin that fits your company.
Custom Invoicing If you already have an invoice format that you like we can create the same format. Or if you to create a new and/or improved invoice format for you company we can help you there.
Reporting Capabilities Have you always wanted a specific type of report but have never found the right tool to create it? With Rental Clarity it is no problem. By working with our technical support you can easily design that report. The report can be generated in PDF(Portable Document Format), HTML(Web Document), EXCEL(Microsoft Spreadsheet), and other formats and can be printed or saved to your hearts content.
Part of the Design Desicions Software can always be changed or enhanced with additional functionality. As a customer of Rental Clarity you become a part of the design team and as such you get the opportunity to recommend what changes or enhancements are developed.
